Ayurveda, the “science of life” has been the guiding practice for health and wellness in the eastern part of our world for thousands of years. Learning to view health through an Ayurveda lens empowers clients to not only make healthy choices about what to include and what to eliminate but to ultimately structure one’s life through daily routine, sleep habits and recognizing and honoring one’s individuality and unique constitution. This requires each person to take ownership of his or her choices!
